Kulicke and Soffa Industries designs, manufactures and sells capital equipment and tools used to assemble semiconductor devices, including integrated circuits (“ICs”), high and low powered discrete devices, light-emitting diodes (“LEDs”), and power modules. In addition, they have a portfolio of equipment that is used to assemble components onto electronic circuit boards. Headquarters is in Singapore.

As of October 2020, they had 2,544 regular full-time employees and 292 temporary workers worldwide.
