India has to hire 3,000 people who are experts in Hacking, Cyber Security and Drones Technology. Apart from that 4 to 5 defense research centers across India.

India may get at maximum 400 core candidates with the above skills and whose caliber is at peak level and remaining candidates will be at middle range level in doing their activities. These 400 core candidates will turn as great asset for India.

Again the above should be 30 to 40 independent teams with independent hierarchy which will merge at level of Tri-Chiefs or NSA Chief or PM or Defence Minister or Home Minister. Independent hierarchy should meet only with the above categories as final stage. Very criticial to be independent branches to be like that in reporting structure.

Then it will become tough for Pakistan terrorists to stand before them as they can't track all independent teams. 

Good that Indian Central Government and Modi had given free hands to Indian army, Indian tri-forces, NSA and Ajit Doval like intellectual candidates. They are much more than enough to take counter actions and to give proper re-action to each and every Pakistan actions. 

Indian had 0% tolerance against Pakistan terrorists.

India will not limit its capacity to destroy drones or missiles used over India and it will hit origin spots where they have been triggered.

This 3,000 cyber army and technology army will be very helpful to India at right time in right way to handle external Pakistan terrorists and at the same time internal anti-social elements in India who will be helping these Pakistan terrorists.

Great that India has great leaders like Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Yogi Adityanath, Jai Shankhar, Nitin Gadkari and India tri-forces.

Future World need additional 4th army which is cyber and tech army.

India need not pay money from its pockets. India can help other countries by sharing intelligence and the revenue generated can helped to pay these 3,000 people.
