Only thing needed some general instructions to the system in layman's language and the rest will be taken care by AI and Robots and will keep Ground + First floor house ready.

• Where to keep doors, windows, cup boards and all fittings needed for them.
• It will fit needed fittings like electrical work, AC, Heaters, Fans, Geysers. 
• Total water curing will be done by AI machines.
• From time to time, it will generate reports about raw materials what it has consumed, what invetory is present in construction site under AI machines control and what additional raw materials it needed and by what time.
• Quality check at granular level will be done by AI machines.

All will be done by machines using AI with just general instructions and mainly more effective than humans with quality deliverables and with time to time reports. All will be done with just some verbal instructions.

The above can be treated as tip of iceberg what is possible in next 10 years.
